Meetings in local government this week

Here is a look at upcoming government meetings around the Mid-Mon Valley this week. If there’s an item or other event of public interest, we’ll include that below the listed meetings, too.

Monday, Feb. 16

County, state and federal offices and courts are closed Monday for Presidents Day. Post offices will be closed.

Regular mail will not be delivered. PennDOT driver license and photo centers will be closed.

• Rostraver Township Commissioners voting meeting, 5 p.m., 201 Municipal Drive, Rostraver.

• White Oak council work session, 6:45 p.m, and a voting meeting at 7:30 p.m., 2280 Lincoln Way, White Oak.

Tuesday, Feb. 17

• Belle Vernon Borough Council voting meeting, 7 p.m., 10 Main St.

• Belle Vernon Area School Board voting meeting, 6 p.m., Leopard Hall, 250 Crest Ave., Belle Vernon.

• Charleroi Area School Board, 7 p.m., Charleroi Area High School Community Room, 100 Fecsen Dr., Charleroi.

• Glassport Council meeting, 7 p.m., 40 Monongahela Ave.

• West Mifflin Council regular meeting, 6:30 p.m., West Mifflin Borough Administration, 1020 Lebanon Road.

Wednesday, Feb. 18

• Elizabeth Forward School Board voting meeting, 6:30 p.m. District Office Board Room, 401 Rock Run Road, Elizabeth.

• Port Vue Council work session, 6:30 p.m., 1191 Romine Ave.

• Ringgold School Board voting meeting, 7 p.m., Administration Building, 400 Main St., New Eagle.

Thursday, Feb. 19

• West Mifflin School Board voting meeting, 7 p.m., cafeteria at the West Mifflin Area Middle School, 81 Commonwealth Avenue, West Mifflin.
