In addition to his parents and fiance Roseann, he was preceded in death by a son, Charles Olkonen Jr. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at MELENYZER FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATION SERVICES INC. 1008 Furlong Ave. Roscoe, where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, in the funeral home with interment to follow at Mon Valley Memorial Park with military honors.
