On the wings of angels, Vivian Harger Hammitt was called home by the Lord on Sunday, May 18, 2025, with her devoted husband of 70 years by her side. Vi v i a n was born on Jan. 18, 1935, the daughter of Alvin “Dutch” and Cecelia Hurley Harger of Charleroi. She was a graduate of Charleroi High School, Class of 1953.
