VALLEY GRAPEVINE Volunteers needed as West Newton Avenue of Flags rises

Stockdale VFD holding new bingo tonight

West Newton Avenue of Flags will rise for the 31st time Saturday. Volunteers are encouraged to help raise the now 400 full-sized flags in West Newton Cemetery through the Memorial Day holiday, increased by 15 flags this year. Each flag is given by a family member in honor of one or more local veterans who have passed away.
