Mark A. Coulter – Monongahela

Mark A. Coulter, 66, of Monongahela, passed away on Oct. 7, 2023, in Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Greensburg. He was the son of the late John H. and Anita G. Polonoli Coulter.
