Elizabeth police add two part-time officers

The Elizabeth Borough Police Department is expanding with the addition of two new part-time officers. Tuesday morning, part-time officer Tobias Yuhouse worked his first shift for the borough. He previously worked as a full-time officer for Clairton and received his training on Allegheny County’s reporting system with Lincoln Borough.
