Elizabeth Forward gets positive audit report

The Elizabeth Forward School District appears to be in good financial shape according to auditors who presented a report Wednesday at the Committee of the Whole board meeting. Kim Turnley, the audit manager for Mark C. Turnley CPA, said the district’s fund balance has been going up and the district hasn’t needed to take out a tax anticipation note for the past two years, further evidence of its economic health.
