Olga M. Smith, 90, of Fallowfield Township, passed away Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019, in the Cambridge Hillside Nursing Center in North Charleroi. She was born March 27, 1929, in Morgantown, W.Va., the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Takacs Messoria. Olga was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Coal Center. She is survived by her daughter, Patty Panepinto; husband, the Rev. Pat Panepinto of St. Louis, Mo.: two sons, Jerry Smith and wife Diane and Barry Smith, both of Fallowfield Township; six grandchildren, Dale Smith, Lorri Smith Pfrogner and partner Todd Weightman, Brian Smith and wife Amy, Nichole Puyear and husband Rich, Jennifer Moldovan and husband Pete and Barry Smith Jr.; nine great-grandchildren, Taylor Pfrogner and fiancé Cole Johnson, Logan Pfrogner, Kelsey Smith, Brianna Patrick, Colton and Kash Smith and Hattie, Mae and Piper Puyear. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Olga was preceded in death by her husband, Harry “Porky” Smith Jr., Feb. 17, 2007; four brothers and three sisters. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, 2019, at SCHROCK-HOGAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, where funeral services will be held at 11a.m. Monday, Aug. 19, 2019, with Pastor Kenneth Custer officiating. Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Carroll Township. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.schrock-hogan.com.
