Carol Matthews Kabay, 84, of Washington, formerly of Scenery Hill, passed away, Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026. She was born Nov. 28, 1941, at Monong ahela Hospital in New Eagle, the daughter of the late Glenn and Beatrice Erwin Matthews. A 1959 graduate of Donora High School, Carol earned an associate degree from Robert Morris Business College in 1960. She was a member of Saint Katharine Drexel Parish and the parish choir.
