Rollover accident in North Charleroi

Area fire departments were called to the scene of a rollover vehicle accident with entrapment Saturday evening on Pennsylvania Avenue near Double M’s pizza in North Charleroi. Lock #4 firefighters arrived to find one vehicle on its side across the roadway with one person trapped. Crews worked to stabilize the car while additional crews from Charleroi and Fallowfield Township responded to assist. After the vehicle was secured, firefighters cut into the roof to gain access to the patient, who was extracted and turned over to Rostraver/West Newton EMS for treatment and transport to an area hospital. Lock #4 Volunteer Fire Company
