• Daniel P. Johnson, 33, of Ida Avenue, Donora, was charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, disorderly conduct and harassment after police were called about 11:30 p.m. Thursday to McKean Avenue for a report of two men fighting in the middle of the street. The victim told police Johnson struck him in the head with a baseball bat and then repeatedly kicked him in the face and stomach, where he has a visible feeding tube due to medical conditions, according to the criminal complaint. Johnson was arraigned and sent to the Washington County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 bond. He faces a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson July 30.
