Man indicted for alleged antisemitic remark to public official
The office of Acting U.S. Attorney Troy Rivetti announced that an Elizabeth man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on charges of making a threat to injure a local public official and making false statements to government agents. A news release from Rivetti identified Edward Arthur Owens Jr., 29, as the defendant. It alleges that Owens sent threats via social media to an unidentified public official.
