Action clears way for new five-story apartment complex

Bellevue Partners owner Jay Lustig promised that the development will benefit the township.

Rostraver Township commissioners unanimously approved conditional use motions Monday that will enable Bellevue Partners to construct a five-story apartment complex.

The project has been in the works for a long time between Bellevue Partners owner Jay Lustig and the commissioners.

Before the vote, Lustig assured commissioners and local residents that the new building will bring only benefits to the township.
