MONESSEN LIONS STUDENT OF THE MONTH

Carson Skomsky, son of Amanda Skomsky and Joshua and Renee Skomsky, was recently recognized as the Monessen Lions Club February student of the month. Carson’s activities include: Group for the Performing Arts, National Honor Society, Mon Valley Paws, and he is an acolyte at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Carson works at the Steel Plate and interns at the Monessen Elementary Center cafeteria. His achievements include: Rotary Club Student of the Month, high honor roll and honor roll. His future plans are to attend the Bearcat BEST program at St. Vincent College and work. Carson is shown pictured with student of the month coordinator, Lion Kathy Warfield.
