Elsie McCue

PITTSBURGH, FORMERLY OF DONORA AND CARROLL TOWNSHIP Elsie McCue, 96, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Donora and Carroll Township, passed away Thurs day, Jan. 2, 2025, at Concordia of South Hills in Pittsburgh. She was born March 23, 1928, in Donora, the daughter of the late Marino Reginelli and the late Mary Chioti Reginelli. Elsie was a lifelong resident of the Mon Valley. Along with her husband, Pat, they owned and operated the McCue Insurance Agency. She was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish and served on the Donora Public Library Board of Directors for many years. Elsie was an avid quilter, golfer and game player. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis “Pat” Mc-Cue; a sister, Philomena Leonard; and two brothers, Orlando and Marino Jr. Bucky Reginelli. Surviving to keep her spirit alive are her two sons, Mark (Barb) Mc-Cue of Ohio, and Michael (Elaine) McCue of Pittsburgh; four grandchildren Carrie (Matt) Schieman, Casey (Mitch) McCue, Claire (Matt) McCue and Patrick (Jaclyn) McCue; and four great-grandchildren, Jackson, Adelyn, Mary and Francis.
