Monessen to offer amnesty on overdue garbage bills

Monessen will launch a one-time amnesty program that allows property owners to pay their delinquent garbage bills without interest fees. The program will take effect June 1 and run through Nov. 30. During that six-month period, residents may pay trash collection delinquencies from 2023 and prior years.
