An hours-long SWAT situation ended with an arrest late Saturday evening in Donora.

Dispatchers told WTAETV a suspect was taken into custody hours after he barricaded himself inside a home along McCrea Avenue.

The man, who has not been identified, was taken into custody around 5 p.m. A SWAT team was at the scene, along with multiple police departments.

The situation impacted traffic as several roads were closed. It is unclear at this time what led to the incident that started early Saturday afternoon.
