Alexander George Luckasevic Jr. – Brier Hill

Alexander George Luckasevic Jr., 64, of Brier Hill passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023. Born on April 5, 1959, he was the son of the late Alexander George Luckasevic Sr. and Helen (Pyzynski) Luckasevic. He was Catholic by faith, a 1977 graduate of Charleroi High School and a 1982 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in earth science. He was the owner and operator of A&J Nursery, where he grew Christmas trees and did landscaping jobs. He also enjoyed watching the Steelers and Penguins. Alex is survived by his wife, Kimberly Shephard Luckasevic; son, Alexander George (Courtney) Luckasevic III of Buckhannon, W.Va.; daughter, Alyssa Luckasevic of Charleroi; grandchildren, Vanessa Brunner, Jordan Black and Lane Luckasevic; brother, Edward (Kathy) Luckasevic of North Huntington; sister, Janet (Daniel) Bobik of Land O’ Lakes, Fla.; brother-in-law, Edward (Darlene) Shephard of Indiana, Pa.; lifelong friend, Jerry Strelick of Charleroi; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 4 to 6 p.m., the time of services, Monday, Oct. 23, at CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director.
