Thomas Oliver, 76, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, joining his friends and family who predeceased him. A son of the late Joseph and Frances Trader Oliver, he was born in North Charleroi on Dec. 30, 1946. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Thomas was a business owner and concert promoter. He enjoyed going to casinos and owned racehorses over the years. Survivors include his lifelong companion, Kathryn; a daughter, Lori Oliver, PhD. of Ohio; three grandchildren, Alex Martin, Kara Jade Martin and Sebastian Martin, all of Belle Vernon; and a sister, Peggy Elmore of Florida. There will be no public visitation or funeral services.
