‘Mr. Donora’ dies at 90

“He was Mr. Donora.” Dr. Charles Stacey, a longtime educator and administrator for Ringgold School District, a Donora historian, a survivor of the 1948 Donora smog, a Donora Public Library Board member and so much more passed away Monday.
