Elaine Louise Anthony – formerly of Monessen
Elaine Louise Anthony, 76, formerly of Monessen, died Monday, Sept. 6, 2021, at her group home in Alternative Residential Services, Washington, Pa. Born Oct. 24, 1946, in Charleroi, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth and Dominic Anthony. Elaine loved to attend the First Christian Church of Monessen and visiting family and friends, especially Gerry and Everett McElfresh Sr. Elaine looked forward to her birthday each year and picking out a favorite type of cake. Known for loving the color pink and for eating, she also enjoyed cross-stitching, shopping and having tea with Gerry. We honor Elaine by remembering her as an amazing person who played a unique and special role in all our lives. Visitation will be held from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 10, 2021, followed by a service at RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., 1209 Grand Blvd., Monessen, PA 15062.
