Joseph R. Uchelvich, 69, of Belle Vernon, formerly of Gillespie, passed away Friday, Dec. 18, 2020, at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born Dec. 19, 1950, in North Charleroi, he was the son of the late Joseph and Edith Irene Coking Uchelvich. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial visitation and funeral service will be announced at a later date.  Funeral arrangements are entrusted to PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS LLC, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.
