Eleanor H. Heffran, 83, of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 7, 2019. A daughter of the late Stephen and Helen Marsoli, she was born in Republic on Sept. 27, 1935. Formerly of Carroll Township, Eleanor had been a resident of Belle Vernon since 1968. She was Methodist by faith and she had been employed at the former United Dairy Farms for several years in the ’70s and ’80s. Eleanor loved Etsy and Ebay, collecting glassware and dolls, crafting and baking. She loved family outings and was very proud of her grandchildren and their achievements. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Ilona and Ron Morgan of North Belle Vernon; a son and daughter-in-law, Chuck and Debbie Woss of Rostraver Township; and four grandchildren, Ashley Woss and Collin Woss both of Rostraver Township, Stephanie (Tim) Morgan-Cope of Monongahela, and Arron Morgan of North Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Stanley Woss, in 1965; her second husband, James Heffran, on July 28, 2004; and a sister, Irene Ringer. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, PA 15012, 724-929-5300, www.FergusonFuneralHomeAndCrematory.com. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Sandy Fitzgibbons officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
