Bearcats’ Kossel signs with St. Vincent

Bentworth’s Candelaria Kossel waited until after the season to decide on where she wanted to continue her athletic and academic careers.
She waited because she wanted to focus on her craft, which was maintaining her game and shutting down opposing offenses.
Arguably, one of the most skilled goalkeepers to come out of the Mon Valley, Kossel has made that decision and announced last week she will remain a Bearcat and sign with St. Vincent College.
“I chose St. Vincent because I believe it was the best to allow me to succeed on and off the field,” Kossel said of her decision.
