State police, Belle Vernon

• Kayley Andrews-Bethea, 18, of McKeesport was charged with resisting arrest, evading arrest, defiant trespasser and disorderly conduct stemming from an alleged trespassing incident Wednesday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Joseph Pero is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Aug. 24.
