• Bruce John Wysochanski, 72, of Charleroi was charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, non-emergency communications with 911, disorderly conduct/grading and resisting arrest/other law enforcement stemming from an alleged incident on Friday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Eric Porter is scheduled for 10 a.m. Aug. 13.
