Local McDonald’s manager honored with prestigious award
Joshua Hall received the award on July 23.
A manager for a McDonald’s restaurant in Rostraver Township was recently honored.
Joshua Hall, general manager for the McDonald’s located at 845 Rostraver Road, was honored with the prestigious Outstanding General Manager Award on July 23.
This award is presented annually to a select group of general managers who demonstrate exceptional leadership. He was recognized as one of the top 10% of general managers in the Pittsburgh region.
To be eligible for the award, a general manager must have at least one year of experience and be a graduate of Hamburger University, the Mc-Donald’s global operations training and leadership development program in Chicago.
Matt Alamo, owner and operator of the Belle Vernon McDonald’s, expressed his pride in Hall for going beyond the basic tasks of his job. He stated that he pursues increases in performance, inspires the team and creates lasting relationships with employees and customers to represent the company in the best way.
“Joshua’s dedication, leadership and commitment to excellence have made him an exceptional general manager for both his employees and customers,” Alamo said. “He successfully leads one of the highest-volume McDonald’s restaurants in the region, and this well-deserved recognition reflects the positive impact he has on his team, our guests and the entire organization. We couldn’t be prouder of his achievement.”
According to Alamo, Hall is one of several managers who invest in the company’s success. The management team works together to make the store one of the highest-volume restaurants in the Pittsburgh region.
“This group of managers has truly exemplified what it means to lead with integrity and passion,” Alamo said. “Their ability to inspire their team, drive performance, and create a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers make them incredibly deserving of this recognition.”
