No paper July 4

The Mon Valley Independent won’t produce a newspaper or electronic edition on Saturday to mark the Independence Day holiday.

The editorial department will return at 4 p.m. Sunday to gather and accept news and death notices for publication in Monday’s electronic-only edition.

Our business office is closed today and we will resume our regular business hours at 8 a.m. Monday.
