• Marvens Mendes Paul, 24, of Charleroi was charged with firearms not to be carried without a license, recklessly endangering another person and tampering with or fabricating evidence stemming from an alleged incident June 1, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Eric Porter is scheduled for 10 a.m. July 9, and Paul is being held in Washington County Prison unable to post a $25,000 bond.
