Edward Stasko of Belle Vernon placed a wreath at the Belle Vernon Veterans Memorial during the Memorial Day service. Stasko, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, has been taking care of the memorial for many years and replaces the flags when they get worn. Submitted
