June ‘Lorraine’ Phillips – Elizabeth Township

ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP June “Lorraine” Phillips, 92, of Elizabeth Township passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026. She was born Sept. 30, 1933, to the late Chester Kestner Sr. and the late June McGraw Stone. Lorraine was married to the love of her life Thomas Charles Phillips for 58 years before his passing in September 2011. She is survived by her daughters, LynneDee (Mark-Richard) Muchow of Elizabeth Township and Carla (Anthony) D’Angelo of Kennedy Township; granddaughter, Mary-Elizabeth (Brian) Peppers of Morgantown, W.Va.; greatgrandchildren, Ryland and Markie Peppers; a brother, Victor Kestner of the state of California; sister, Donna (Chip) Richards of Maryland; as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents and husband, Lorraine was preceded in death by her stepfather, Bill Stone; and brothers, Donald Kestner and Chester Kestner Jr. There are no services at this time.
