TRAFFIC BRIEFS Part of East Smithfield Street in Elizabeth Township to close Monday

The Allegheny County Department of Public Works announced that part of East Smithfield Street in Elizabeth Township will close near Antonelli Drive starting at 9 a.m. Monday. The closure, which is expected to end in June, is required for repairs to a culvert named Youghiogheny Bridge No. 14. The project also includes roadway repairs, drainage improvements and installation of guide rail and pavement markings.
