Washington County DA presents $10K to Carroll Township police
Washington County District Attorney Jason M. Walsh announced Wednesday that forfeited assets obtained during the investigation and prosecution of individuals trafficking illegal narcotics in Washington County have been used to fund police equipment for the Carroll Township Police Department. Walsh presented a check in the amount of $10,000 to Carroll Township Police Chief John Korcek. Carroll Township supervisors, shown from left, are Gary Lenzi, Chairman Ken Hillman and John McKeever who will use the funds to purchase necessary police equipment. Submitted
