• David John Alexander, 37, of Charleroi was charged with disorderly conduct, retail theft and harassment stemming from an alleged incident Saturday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael L. Manfredi is scheduled for 2 p.m. April 23, and Alexander is being held in Washington County Prison unable to post a $5,600 bond.
