Three arrests have been made one month after a man was shot and killed outside of a Wendy’s in White Oak.
According to the Allegheny County Police Department, 33-year-old Kenneth Hayman was found outside of the Wendy’s in White Oak just after 2 p.m. on Oct. 12.
Hayman, who had been shot multiple times, was taken to a hospital where he later died.
Prior to the shooting, Hayman was on his motorcycle at the intersection of Jacks Run Road and Lincoln Way when a Chevrolet Silverado pulled up behind him, authorities said.
Three men got out of the truck and approached Hayman who tried to run from the area, according to officials. Those men were identified by police as 27-year-old Victor Cruz, of Jeannette, who owned the truck, Albert Renchko, 36, of Wilmerding, and Jacob Baker, 33, of Mount Pleasant.
Police say as Hayman was trying to flee, Baker fired the multiple shots that hit and ultimately killed the victim.
All three men were charged Nov. 5. Cruz and Renchko are charged with criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault. Baker faces the same charges, as well as homicide.
Renchko and Baker are currently in the Allegheny County Jail with no bail. Cruz was released on his own recognizance Oct. 30.
