D. James Heatherington, funeral director, entrepreneur, community leader, philanthropist, beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and cousin, passed away on July 29, 2025. Jim leaves behind a legacy of commitment to God, to family and to community. Jim was born in McKeesport, Pa., on June 25, 1936, to the Honorable Thomas J. and Gertrude D. Heatherington.
