The Belle Vernon Public Library, 505 Speer St., North Belle Vernon, will host a puppet performance, courtesy of the Children’s Institute’s Kids on the Block program, at 11 a.m. Thursday in Community Bank Park, 702 Graham St., North Belle Vernon.
