• Perry Youngblood II, 32, of Donora was charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct engaged in fighting and cyber harassment of a child stemming from an alleged incident Friday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. July 21.
