• McKel Krystopher Spencer, 24, was charged with simple assault and harassment stemming from an alleged incident on Saturday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. June 18. Spencer is being held at the Washington County Jail, unable to post a $25,000 bail.
