The New Eagle business has been booming since it opened in February.
In the 1970s, Larry Kumpf bought property in New Eagle. For about 40 years, a large building at 205 Main St., housed a hearing aid manufacturer. Around the time of the Great Recession, it began to lie dormant. This left later generations of his family curious about how to take advantage of the property.
