Charges filed against 3 people after shots fired

The April 25 incident took place at Harrison Village.

Several Mon Valley residents are accused of being involved in an April 25 incident in which six shots were fired at the 7 Building at Harrison Village in McKeesport.

Bobby Franklin, 38, of Glassport is charged with conspiracy to commit criminal homicide and driving on a suspended license. Franklin is also charged with simple assault from an April 24 incident, court records state, and has a license suspension due to a DUI.
