Leopold Rowland Vilsack

WEST BROWNSVILLE Leopold Rowland Vilsack, 85, of West Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at his home. Born in Pitts burgh on Nov. 10, 1939, he was a son of Leopold V. and Kathleen Oats Vilscack. Leopold was retired from General Ionics. He was a member of Historic Church of St. Peter in Brownsville and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Leopold is survived by a son, James (Betty) Vilsack of Wilkins Township; two daughters; Kellie (Daniel) Maybury of Monroeville and Kimberly (Matthew) Cole of Braddock Hills; a stepson, James Kieffer of Pittsburgh; 18 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and the mother of his children, Bonnie Vilsack of Braddock Hills.
