Belle Vernon Rotary’s Caring Cards program wraps up for the year

Belle Vernon Rotary finds local young people to create holiday greetings that are included with Meals on Wheels deliveries.

The Belle Vernon Area Rotary Club is wrapping up its “Caring Cards” program, which has been spreading much-needed joy during the holidays in collaboration with home-delivered meals.
