PennDOT District 12 invites the community to an informational open house to view the upcoming construction timeline and traffic impacts of its I-70 at Arnold City Interchange project in Rostraver Township, Westmoreland County, The open house is set for 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. April 22 at the Rostraver Central Fire Hall, 1100 Fells Church Road, Rostraver Township. The doors will not open before 5 p.m.
