VALLEY GRAPEVINE McKeesport Al-Anon group meets Tuesdays

Shower of savings offered at Care & Share shop

The McKeesport Al-Anon group will meet at noon Tuesday at Beulah Park United Methodist Church on Grandview Avenue.

Al-Anon is a support and educational group for relatives and friends of problem drinkers. The group meets Tuesdays unless otherwise noted.

All men’s and women’s clothing will be 50% off Thursday and Friday at the California United Methodist Church, 227 Third St. Hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday.

Due to Holy Week, the store will be closed on April 17 and 18.

Monessen legion members to meet Thursday

American Legion Post 28, Monessen, will hold a meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Monessen Volunteer Fire Department No. 1 fire station on Donner Avenue.

Anyone interested in joining is asked to come to the meeting.
