Richard Andrew Dubinsky – Rostraver Township, Fellsburg

ROSTRAVER TOWNSHIP Richard Andrew Dubinsky, 71, of Rostraver Township, Fellsburg, passed away peacefully Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025. Rich was born on Dec. 7, 1953, in North Charleroi, the son of the late Joseph and Ann Nogy Dubinsky and stepmother Irene Trappen Dubinsky. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mr. Dubinsky was Catholic by faith and a retired director of operations from PDS Industries in Irwin. He was a member of the Pricedale Russian Club and Naomi Athletic Club. Rich enjoyed spending time at his camp with his family and singing along with his juke box. He spent many years coaching and watching his daughters play sports and enjoyed watching his grandchildren compete in multiple sports. He is survived by his loving wife, Debby Blair Dubinsky,
