Edward M. Lario

ROSTRAVER TOWNSHIP Edward M. Lario, 89, of Rostraver Township, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024. Born in Donora, on May 3, 1935, he was the son of the late Mic hael and Mary Adrosko Lario. Ed was a photographer for the FBI and was an insurance adjuster for the Fireman’s Fund. He was a member of the Church of St. Anne, the Donora Elks and the Donora Senior Golf League. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Janet (Witek) Lario; children, Mark (Lisa) Lario of Columbus, Ohio, Pam (William) Angelis of Rockville, Md., and John M. (Rachel) Lario of Ruffs Dale; grandson, John E. (Heidi) Lario of Melissa, Texas; granddaughter, Lindsay Angelis of Washington, D.C.; great-grandchildren, Summer Lario and Olivia Lario of Melissa, Texas; step-grandchildren, Chris (Molly) Cook, Julia (Ben) Gaskill and Ben (Alex) Cook; sisters-inlaw, Charlene Lario of Speers, Mary Louise Palm of Smithsburg, Md., and Lorraine Dickie of Houston, Texas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Lario.
