Santa Claus will make return engagements to the Magic City on consecutive weekends leading up to Christmas. Charleroi Borough officials announced he will be greeting children from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday and Dec. 20 at the Market House on McKean Avenue. He will be available for photographs, and heaters will be in use in case of inclement weather. With new holiday decorations throughout the downtown area, Charleroi is striving to make the most of the Christmas season for residents and visitors.
