Salka, 55, of Elizabeth was charged with recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, accidents causing damage to an attended vehicle or property, DUI, simple trespassing, careless driving, trespassing by vehicle, reckless driving, failure to stop and give or render aid, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property and restrictions on alcoholic beverages stemming from an alleged incident Tuesday, court records state.
