• During a Belle Vernon council meeting, Councilwoman Marybeth Secleter announced, “No Place Special is no longer with us.” She was referring to the demolition of the building that formerly housed the strip club. In the seven years since the club had closed, the building had become a public hazard and was on the verge of collapsing. Secleter was happy to announce that the building was in the process of being demolished.
